9mm advice

The one that is available.

By the time you come back to this post it's probably becoming more clear nothing is left because nothing can be imported anymore.

Some Norinco 9mm Tokarevs are probably still around and are budget friendly.

Most people can't outshoot their pistols so don't worry about accurate. If you really think you want one, stop researching. Just buy something first. You've probably already missed your last chance.

Nothing is budget friendly anymore... even Girsan are over $500 now. I would recommend you get a glock or 1911, sure you are looking at over $1K but it will last you forever.

Buy something that is optic ready, it's a nice 'option to have" IMO. Anything in the SIG and GLOCK or S&W and WALTHER camp should serve you well. Good Luck.

I generally don't buy "clones" so I'm unfamiliar with those pistols, as long as your happy that's all that matters. Given the price point today on most pistols, I stick with what I know.

Right now, my 2 favorite pistols in the "full" size would be the Walther PDP 4.5" & the Glock 19X, both shoot very well ,no issues & the aftermarket triggers I have installed made an improvement IMO. Just my $.02

The polymer 80 is a Glock clone, U can buy the frame & whatever slide you like. The frames are completed & generally run well with Glock parts. IIRC they are usually cheaper than a Glock.

Given the stage of the game, your budget, and what's left out there, your best bet maybe something like a Norinco NP22, a couple stores, Tenda and Epps still had them on the weekend for under 600. So other places probably have them as well. You like your sig so try the clone version.

Tegridy Farms - thanks for the tip, though I once owned an NP58...big pile of crap and happy when I replaced it with the real deal P226 in .40 Weary now of Norinco, though M305 was good for the money...thanks JT for banning it!!
