I shoot the same bullet. Wheel weight with tin added. I size to .357 with no leading in either of my pistols. I'm getting tumbling, but no leading. Mine is powder related I suspect.
I pulled some of the rounds I had loaded and found I may have been crimping them to much and sizing the bullet while doing so. I've made some adjustments and will be trying it again.
Can you pull your barrel. I had bad leading and always thought I was getting it clean but was never really getting all of it. Stick a foam ear plug in one end of the barrel and fill it up with a 50/50 mix of peroxide and vinegar. If ther is any lead in there it will bubble and grey muck will come to the top. Let it sit dump it and repeat until it sits clear. Then give it a good cleaning with patches. Te reason I am saying this is I had old lead in my barrel that was actually ripping my Powder coat off. Once I got my barrel all cleaned out spotless I had no more problems. I also use hodgedon tite group powder. Can't tell you the grains tho sorry I use the Lee loader disk system. Its disk 32 tho. Love my 9mm they shoot great and nice and clean.
9mm is a high pressure round. As such you should probably look at a hardness around 16 and .001 or .002 over your bore slug.
Also especially with soft cast & autos, have the gun pull a round from the mag, chamber and eject unfired. Look for any bullet deformation that could be causing trouble. Soft lead doesn't like all feedpaths, but ymmv.
