fire a few.. checking after each shot? I would do it personally... I have used many powder measures over the years that threw charges of varying weights (damn you 700x!!).. and surely had both high and low extremes. I would definitely try some. Just shoot close targets and count the holes.

I or the wife have shot 10's of thousands of .358 bullets (158-130 gr under 700 fps) with 3 gr of titegroup through 18-20 " barrel, never had one go part way & stop
I would shoot one and see if it works. I don't know what your OAL is but one option is to also seat the bullets a bit deeper as this will bump the pressure a bit in small case like a 9mm. Just make sure that the shorter OAL length feeds. Pulling 120x 9mm would be a real pain.

I load for quite a few different 9mms, including 2 carbines. Over 20 guns. Bullet of choice is - 135 LRN.
I load 3.0, 3.3, 3.6 & 3.9 gr. of Titegroup Most guns shoot best with 3.3 or 3.6. I would expect your 3.7gr ammo to shoot better than the 4.7 gr you intended. I have never loaded anything more than 3.9gr, which launches the 135s at 1150fps.
4.7 of TG sure sounds hot to my experience. I have not researched it, but suggest that those calling for the ammo to be pulled to be re-loaded at 4.7 first do some research on published loads. 3.7 should generate around 1000 fps with a 115gr jacketed bullet. Not exactly at risk of sticking in the barrel....

Yeah, sounds like a hot round to me. I run 4.6gr TG behind a 230gr RN plated Campro pill in my 45ACP loads which averages out to 855fps.
I use 4.1gr TG behind a 124gr RN Campro which averages out to 1093fps.
Hodgdon lists max 4.8gr for 115gr HP bullets and max 4.4gr for 125gr FMJ.
