It is common knowledge now that the actions of JR at TSE resulted in the reclassification of the Swiss Arms and thousands of gun owners now losing their firearms and having to launch class action lawsuits to protect their rights and freedoms. What are the repercussions to TSE? So far there has been quite a few people speaking out and refusing to support his business any further. WHAT WILL CGN DO?

I know that TSE is a site sponsor, but CGN has plenty and without the gun owners, this site would not exist for sponsor to advertise on. When a business bends the community over this badly, will CGN stand by the community or the advertising dollars? I THINK TSE SHOULD BE REMOVED AS A SITE SPONSOR!

Time to stand up for something Greentips! This is what owning a gun forum is about. Taking a stand about gun rights. TSE may be paying for space, but they bent over the gun owners for a dollar and no longer deserve a spot within the community. I think it is pretty obvious that the community has spoken...WHAT WILL YOU DO? Will you continue to take his money or take a stand? Will this earn me a ban or will CGN stand behind the rights and freedoms of the community that makes this forum successful? Lets see how long this comment lasts.

The hole story for those who don't know:

lets think about this, we've been eating our young since the get go, this situation sure looks rather interesting to say the least. Two shops having a fight over product, one shop goes to our enemy and lays out Swiss arms owners, then kinda fixes stuff. I can't wait till the next ban, maybe XCR's, of course the haters here will say good riddance....Till the yellowlegs come for their 1/4 inch AR's....The HORROR!!!!!!!!!!! Send your letters to P.M. harper, tell him you want some heads, not only for this, but for the thefts at High River, as well as the use of the cancelled registry. It's the least we can do. Information sessions at the entrances of every rcmp driveway and parking lot across the country could come a little later of course....

CGN firing squad...everybody stands in a circle and shoots _inwards_...

Let's save our energy and passion for ABOLISHING the Firearms Act and not wasting it on useless recriminations..

I agree, and supporting the NFA and CSSA is a good start, but having self serving, money grubbers working against us from within our own community hurts us far more and far faster than any "abolishing" that we can hope will happen. Hope you are an NFA supporter so your "energy" and "passion" is not being wasted.

Agreed 100%. Now is not the time to piss and moan about trivial crap. Focus on the real goal: reclassifying these firearms again and at the very worst getting fair compensation.

Arguing isn't going to get #### done.

No. TSE SHOT INWARD. They tried get leverage in their competition with CSC by ratting out a likely innocent mistake that has now not only cost SA owners but every owner of an NR BLACK RIFLE. The others are next.

They need to be black balled as a lesson to others despite the outcome of this debate. They crapped where they eat. Make sure they starve.

Im just saying someone who knows someone should really hit some particular website with a nice distributed denial of service attack, i heard from someone who heard it from someone else that bot rentals from blackhole are pretty cheap....

In all honesty, who cares if they remain present on CGN?

If they stay, they'll just have to bear the constant shame and bashing. Which frankly is well deserved. You fvcked us over? we can't kick you out the room? Fine, stand shamefully in the corner and suffer the pressure.

My guess is that they'll lose so many customers that they might just not be able to afford renewing their business membership here. Which is even better than getting the boot.

So the bottom line is, its pretty much useless to get Greentips to intervene. We don't need him to. JR/TSE are getting whats coming to them, no matter what.

Part of the problem with Canadians is that they always deal with it later, but never get to it. Enough is enough, TSE is part of the whole problem and they need to go. All aspects of this mess needs to get delt with.

We need to cleanly eviscerate TSE as a demonstration of what we're going to do to the CPC if they don't fix this. Time to police our own.

Absolutely, thank you. This rabble rousing, is what helped destroy ownership previously. Why, what place does handguns have hunting! And those black rifles! Etc.

My point about banning them from CGN is principle. They generate a huge amount of business from CGN networking. When someone who is supposed to be an advocate and an industry leader does something so epically detrimental to the gun rights movement, WHY WOULD CGN CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THEIR BUSINESS? Sure we can all make the simple choice to not send money their way and I fully expect that we will as responsible gun owners, but when all this posting starts to fade, and a good deal on ammo shows up and .223 is hard to find, (which JR did yesterday oddly enough) JR posts and everyone goes running? That should not be allowed. All the flakes, ya I said it, who say that we should be more focused on the big picture, I say I can focus on two pictures. I have my letters going to my MP and Harper, I have my donations to the NFA, I was at the range in Calgary representing my gun club and my riding meeting with the MP's to promote our agenda, but I will sure as hell voice my concern for a greedy corporate bottom feeder who puts his own needs ahead of our community and ask that our community stands together to show that that is unacceptable and we will not stand for it. Not some passive aggressive, "we just wont shop there crap", but actual action. Full on alienation. I think it is fair. At a minimum, if the seizures hold, JR should be compensating the owners he screwed over.

So us holding TSE accountable for their greedy actions is a firing squad shooting inwards...

What exactly would you call a business that threw a whole country's gun owners under the bus, motivated by greed???

I mean seriously, ask yourself who "fired" at who first.

Remember in Red Dawn when one of the kids was spying for the soviets? We know we can't trust TSE anymore so why would we want them to still mingle with us?
