A$$ Hole...

I think the story speaks for itself. What is left to interpretation?

The libs probably couldn't get a deal with anyone else.

When the government contacted stores to be hubs for the buy back they refused. When they went looking for gunsmiths to deactivate firearms no one answered the call and they refused. When they asked armored car companies for goods like money pickup, they said no.

It's been 3 years and no buy back because the liberals had literally no one backing them, or willing to do the work. Now the CSAAA comes out and goes ya we'll find all the ones in stores for you, and on top of that we will price them. So now we have a firearms industry pricing structure that they will use as a "See industry agrees with thee price". The CSAAA just did a massive chunk of the buyback for Mendocino and the liberal party, and to act like it's not going to effect the average dude with an AR is laughable. The CSAAA are short sighted stooges.

Thanks for posting! I had plans to spend about 7k this weekend at one of those stores listed. Needless to say I will be finding other vendors.

Who knew I wouldn't be buying anymore Savage firearms/products

I had a Savage 220 on the list this year. Like you i've changed my mind. Hell I think I'll sell my savages as well, I don't need gun grab supporting firearms manufacturers in my safe.

I see no value in forcing business to continue hold inventory without compensation. They do what they do, and that is supply us with guns. I do what I do, and that is buy them. I bought to hold for long term, they didn't.

Those are some serious players.

I know a few of them personally and do retail business with them.

Will have to make a few calls to find out what's up?........:(

So are these stores going to help with the civilian buyback by providing their books and listing of their customer's purchases? Gun owners would be wise to buy on the used market from now until Trudeau is out and these bans are behind us. IF that ever happens.

There is no chance that a business like Wolverine or the Hipwells are doing anything but standing shoulder to shoulder with us. They are diehard firearms rights advocates.

I thought someone posted the opposite on here, was a former employee at Wolverine, said they were all too willing with the record keeping even before the non-registry registry date.

Yeah businesses are the ones that got royally screwed with inventory.

They could have stopped stocking risky guns at first whiff of trouble for fear of getting stiffed with them, and deprived us of the opportunity to buy, right up until the last moment. But instead, they kept as many guns available and imports flowing as us gun owners demanded the opportunity to buy before we were cut off.

Without the CCFR and other orgs,we'd have been done like dinner years ago. CSAAA is a commercial dealer's association and should NOT be confused with CSSA. Know the difference and don't cut your nose off to spite your face.

CCFR endorses the CSSAAA in their position. CCFR was always in favor for some restriction.
