A little update of the GSG 1911

3. High-velocity rounds chew up the rubber washer real quick. Those washers will need to be replaced every 500 rounds or so. I found a bunch of washers I had for faucet repair, they seem to work OK. I just punch the center out with an empty .223 brass, slide the washer onto the guide rod, and trim all around with a pair of sharp scissors

I haven't fired 500 rounds yet but I see what you're talking about.
Great idea! Thank you.

We currently have replacement parts for the washers ect. If you have any issues what so ever contact us because if we can’t fix it will replace the firearm free of charge.

Best regards,
Scott

I think I will have to swing by Blue Line and pick up one of these.
Hope they have spare mags as well.

Dear timoram,

We have plenty of mags on the way. They are coming from Germany so they have been taking a while to clear customs and get here.

Best regards,
Scott
