Do you want to know ones you can buy? The PSG is prohib. Armalite and DPMS make decent target style AR10's. Springfield M1A match rifles as well, but a little more difficult to scope and maintain.

HK is old news, the AR plateform will outshoot it no problem.

AR 10 in 308 or better the 260 rem is hard to beat.

Another solution is the AR 15 in 6.5Grendel

+3 on the PSG-1.

I was at a shoot in Nevada and saw a guy shoot a PSG-1 and then a new Knights Armament SR-15 match rifle, the PSG-1 was bar none more accurate. In my opinon, the PSG-1 is still the king of the semi auto sniper rifles.

Pretty sure you can upgrade optics on the PSG-1.. 6x42 for semi auto.308 is about average.
