I've been looking into ways to accurize my Savage MK2 BV. I took it apart and tried to lighten the trigger - nope, minimum setting from the factory. So I looked it over to see if I had to free float the barrel - nope, already done.
So at this point the only thing I can think of is pillar bedding but I'm not even convinced that'd make a big difference.
Going forward, I think the only thing left is to get some better ammo. I've been firing the winchester 555 36gr cphp's out of it and it's been doing fairly well. Maybe even if I cherry pick the best ones at similar weights I can get better groups.
Any suggestions?
