ACOG Clone Review

1337 tactical seems to be sold out for this clone, and i've read on the trijicon website that they made a deal with the chinease maker of that clone to stop the production of it !
Damn !
It want one.....

Has anyone heard from Rammstein - Carlos Busque? I am trying to reach him and have been unable to.

Thanks for your help.

Joe

That's all she wrote . . . ACOG clone is toast

It took my ACOG clone out to the range yesterday. It was shooting awesome until the 36th shot. It was like someone threw mud on it. You can see the cross hairs and distance numbers but it has these weird irregular stripes all over the inside of the glass. If you shake the rifle the scope keeps shaking inside after you stop.
A lesson learned. Avoid clones. It was great while it lasted. Bushnell Holosight here I come.

a new generation of the 4x have come out since you first got yours..
I can't even get my hands on them, someone bought them all up
And btw the going price for them is $129..$189 is a bit much

I have one of these things...bought of another CGN member via EE.

It's on my 10/22, and so far works well, and it's got huge LCF...perfect for tacticool 22 applications like getting into gunfights with beer cans in the backwoods.

Something about it tells me that it's probably best left on a 22 though. It's a cosmetic replica of combat optics...it's not a clone/knockoff/generic copy in the true sense.

yes ordered the G&P Tactical Red Dot Scope back in April. Very fast shipping and the price is good. Under 33$ at the door, My mistake this time is that the (FRAUD ALERT) exchange rate is .91 Canadian so the final price for me at the door is $103.00 which is still half what 1337 tactical charges for the same scope.

I don't reccomend the G&P red dot scope, at the biggest setting I still found it hard putting it on target at 25 yards. I have to try it out at dusk.

Well I received the acog clone from matchstickglobal and I have one word "Junk".....There is no lateral movement for windage and the overall appearance is crap. I guess the old saying goes You get what you pay for.

So now I am really confused.

I was considering buying one given the positive initial reviews but this last review is putting me off. Are we talking 2 different scopes here and that is why the opinions are so different? If so what is the good one and where can we get it?
