there is nothing quick about changing the barrel, an AR barrel can be made to work on an ACR, but an AR is not considered a quick change barrel so why would the ACR
In a way the AR is even quicker cause changing uppers is very fast. I have multiple uppers in different calibers. Two pins and its done.
I was contemplating the various QD bbl "solutions" people have come up with for the Ar and realized all of them are unnecessary because it is simply easier to have multiple uppers. The extra cost of a QD system would pay for a couple of upper receivers.
