i'm kinda of surprised that no one has gone for a drive and personally removed their " pound of flesh " owned to them by this person ...........

my hats off to m14doc ....

Only a complete idiot would do such a thing. You can't threaten or assault anyone especially if you want to keep your guns.

I did offer to meet Ian in person at his place to discuss this. I had planned to have an rcmp member accompany me to keep it civil :D
But Ian declined and said he had "guardian dogs" that would "not react well" should someone show up unnanounced LOL
I dunno what he was thinkin, I was just thinkin coffee and a peaceful gentleman's discussion. ;)

:agree:
I can understand that a person could get very personally frustrated and emotional about the situation, but threats of any kind are the best way to loose your firearms.

So you think bringing an RCMP buddy to a "discussion" as some sort of veiled threat is appropriate? Hopefully the officer in question has more sense. Small claims court provides you with a remedy, and anyone who is damaged should use it if they feel inclined. In some circumstances a director/officer/principal of a company may be held personally liable for the actions of the company. People should get advice, look at the particular facts and see if there is recourse.
