I think you are actually stepping on your own #### by posting stuff like this.
this.....
"hi my names so and so, me and my friends ordered barrel from company X, it seems to have been a long time and we arnt hearing back from him, does any one know whats goin on?"
would have been a much better post. coming on here with "this company suck" when its about Some one who has done alot of good for lots of people here and the shooting comunity wont win you any friends
thats what was my first tough, but if the intention is to protect other people, how do i do that without naming the company ?
there is no problem to name the company that your talking about, but coming across as slagging the company when some onw here might be involved and be able to tell you why your barrel isnt arived, or your not hearing back from them will get you a much better response
Seriously, dont you have some better comments ? Seems like it's very common on that forum. Nothing objective, only bulls**t about a newby that is mother language is not english !
I just cant believe that i've tried to protect you guys ! If i only knew before !
Hi every one,
never had a call back ! After tons of mails and voice mail, still no answer !
regards
I think the OP (friends?) was/(were) most concerned with the lack of contact. A timely response with an explanation would go a long way to alleviate customers concerns.

It must be very tough to start any business - especially the gun-related ones and I think we should all be thankful their are people willing to try. Cutting them some slack should be part of our way of saying 'thanks'.

We should be thankful there are people willing to do it, and I don't think they are getting rich doing it.
I'm not too sure about that last statement... the last time I saw Ian, he was cruising around town in a 'car' that had to be worth $250k, including accessories!
