Hi guys,
I've inherited a very different kind of rifle than I'm familiar with - a CO2 .22 cal bolt action rifle from Armscor Philippines. It's the AR-Executive on this website.
The problem I have is... the charging tank that came with it is not sized for anything we have for refills here in Canada, and besides, no reputable company will charge it because the canister itself has no labels, pressure ratings or certification.
Screw thread dimension of the charging valve is 1/8"-27TPI (NPT, taper), 0.300"/0.320" depth. My plan is to fabricate an adapter for it so that I can use off-the-shelf paintball CO2 canisters, which as far as I know are 5/8"-18UNF, CGA320 thread. I've got access to milling tools, high pressure pneumatic hose and any tap/die imaginable, but I'm not familiar with air rifles.
Would any of you have tips or experience in this field?
