I would visit some East Indian, Pakistani, Halal markets/stores and the like. Bound to be some there. Or just order from the states. It's basically just translucent decorative tape.

AK training for civilians/volunteers in Kyiv, Ukraine. My former club and trainer. Converted auto assault rifles are legal to own by civilians in UA. No special permission required to have them in the trunk of your car. Or in you backpack. But handguns are big NO. Yet.
