Since no one else has said it yet (edit: ah, Scarecrow just beat me to it), don't forget the Valmet Hunter and M78 ... these guns are made in Finland, and are essentially AK type rifles exempted from the prohibition because ... well, because the laws don't make any sense and the people who make them are hypocritical asshats.

If those are way too expensive for you, I highly recommend the VZ-58S or CZ-858-2 ... here's my VZ-58S:
AK-like enough for you? This one is restricted (legal for range use only) ... the CZ-858-2 has a longer barrel that makes it non-restricted (legal for hunting, or general blasting anywhere safe and legal to fire a gun)!
