Thanks for the Great link.....damn now I'll prolly be late getting up for hunting tomorrow morning .(black powder for whitetail deer)
 
idiots should of stopped hollering and back out slowly with the finger on the trigger, rifle shouldered. Easy to say from the comfort of my computer chair :p
 
I think they did the right thing. And in a situation like that, there actions should not even be questioned.

I wonder if they threw out thier underwear after that or had the wife wash out the bacon strips when they got home :confused:
 
Real nice moose too but I think the guys first two shots were a little off. :rolleyes: The third one was good.

this is a repost... I saw before, and the guide mentioned that the bear was at 10-15 feet.

Thats a shoot first, heart attack later moment
 
Hey guys I have a problem with opening the vidio clips.The window pops up in which the clip should play,but it does not load!I was wondering if you guys might know what my problem is??????????
 
Use IE instead of firefox or mozilla and it should work fine


Man that would be scary but why was he yelling at the bear and then after he shot the bear he was swearing like a mofo. I am sure the adrenaline would be a major rush but damn

He was attempting to Stop the Bear's charge by Identifying them as Human and not something the Bear normally should Fear......it didn't work.

I think the swearing had more to do with the Guide's Displeasure in having to Kill the Sow.....Not something any Guide (or anyone) wants to have happen I'm sure.
When this does happen they get put through the ringer. Fortunately these Fellas were Cleared of any Wrongdoing and the situation was ruled a DLP.

I finally watched the last 2 minutes of it and it explained all to me. I never knew yelling at a bear would help it run away.

Still a crazy film and he had to do what he did.

It may or may not....but in that situation they tried everything to "deter" the Bear before they had to Shoot.
If you watch the Slow Mo part you can actually see the Sow's head appear just over the grass.......gives a good idea of just how close the Guide let her get before he shot.

I'm wondering that seeing how they did not know the Bear(sow & cub) was there when they shot the Big Boar......imagine if she'd have popped up behind them somewhere before she charged ??? With the Focus on the downed bear I'm sure the Story would be quite different :eek:

I guess that's why it's called Dangerous Game:cool:

yeah, they must have edited out the part where the guide was tightening up his shoelaces so he could outrun the client... :)
 
I tried using Internet Explorer but it still don't load!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Man is it ever maddening!!!!!!!!!!!When I press the link of the video the window opens,say connecting to site but then just stops without loading,Help!
