Alfa Proj Stainless models....fit / finish???

Hey CGNers

Can anyone comment on the stainless finish on the new Alfa Proj revolvers?

I have several blued models but no stainless... just curious.

I've got a hankering for another short cylinder 9mm.

None in my lgs to look at.

I think they are chromed. I emailed Rusty a month ago to ask them, but they never replied and I didn't ask them twice.

I'm alright with chrome if done nicely.

But brushed stainless is still my favorite.

That has to be a different model altogether. The ones in Canada clearly don't have a hard chromed finish afaik.

They are beautiful guns. The blued one doesn't hold a candle to the stainless model for prettyness.

As for lockup and shooting, their value can't be beat. Anything that comes out of the Czech Republic in terms of firearms is going to be well worth the money. You won't be dissapointed.

Short cylinder version uses moon clips, the normal cylinder does not and can't.

All the 9mm can use moonclips, the short cylinder model has a shorter barrel because some of the barrel is extended into the receiver to meet the shorter cylinder.
