TI won't exchange unless the "bend" is 4.1mm or more.. anything with in that they are saying it is spec and doesn't qualify for a exchange lol

Or maybe his is not fine and crooked and is so upset he doesn't want to hear about it or see anything about it anymore.
i wonder how many say it's fine, 100% straight but then they secretly message TI for a replacement.

how did you measure yours? if you don,nt mind me asking? trying to figure Best way? Thanks..
 
I measured exactly like the video, measuring on both sides multiple times. Every time I came up with a 9mm difference from side to side which is a 4.5mm deviation. When lining up the bore centered by eye the rear cleaning hole edge is approximately half way across

Do you mean you can only see half the bore when looking down the hole?

Im wondering if the mount that came with the kobra red dot will work with the underfolder. Im sure it wont fold with the sight attached but seems it will clear when folded as it sits more forward than the more recent side plates.

At least yours qualifies for an exchange. Too bad it will be 2 months until you receive a replacement.
 
I emailed TI to ask if there is anyway to have my UF inspected before delivery as i heard that 80% were bent ?. And it's been over 3.5 weeks.

They were pretty crass and short with their response of NO, and I heard WRONG and NO they don't inspect any guns going out unless I wanted to wait another month. Lol

So there is that lmfao

Did you honestly expect another response? 80% is just a stupidly high number with zero evidence of that many they brought in let alone how many are actually affected. Consumers treat them like #### and expect to have the red carpet brought out for their ONE rifle when theyre selling thousands

Yeah as a paying customer I did expect more.

So when I exchange my bent rifle are they not going to inspect it ? So I can just do this over and over ? Lol 80% is probably to low of a number lol

9 outta 10 UFs on here or FB pages are bent bud but okay.

Not my problem they sold thousands of guns, I expect a product as advertised and nowhere did they say these rifles hand misaligned turrnions lol.

Maybe get off TIs tip Pal .. just saying
