March 13, and 15th still processing, called weeks ago to cancel told to late go to shipping? Really.. not shipped yet 2+ weeks, feel like I was gas lighted..

Probably, yep. Or it’s possible that they shipped it and didn’t update your order info to show the tracking number. Call them tomorrow maybe and see. These people do not contact you if there’s an issue, they wait for you to contact them.
 
Its legit,, I called them. Spoke on phone for awhile.. I know they had tons of orders, but one would think they would at least have the common curtesy to acknowledge the problem on a Individual basis. How hard is it to hire some extra P.R. people.

Their general business operations are unorthodox. They process payments before verifying PAL too, which adds extra work if someone fails the PAL check. And they don’t update customers on order status, instead waiting to be contacted which leads to being bombarded by emails, also adding extra work. Their business style is pretty jank.

For what it's worth, I never received the shipping email, and I've seen other posts saying they didn't, despite getting packages. I think on top of everything else TI's "automatic" customer update emailing system went bust
