Well, some of you know I bought a MG34 from Marstar a few months ago. As it turned out, there was a minor defect on the feed tray that was catching cartridge rims and causing occasional misfeeds. I sent the part back to Marstar who returned it to TNW for a replacement. It took some time as "machine gun parts" are hard to get through customs - not Marstar's fault at all.
What made the experience an "above and beyond" example of customer service is that I had requested a spare booster cone in a smaller diameter and ejector rod for my gun so I could fire lighter ball ammo and have a spare ejector (high wear part in the MG34). I had given my MasterCard info and fully expected to be billed. Instead, they included these parts FREE OF CHARGE and even paid shipping, I assume for the inconvenience of having to wait for my warranty covered replacement feed tray.
So in short, THANKS MARSTAR! And yes folks, the Ironclad Guarantee IS up to the hype
