An update from our legal team along with another hefty bill received today. Folks we NEED your help to keep this going.

I am providing the interim account in response to the motion of the Attorney General of Canada to strike pleadings. They have put up a very extensive fight and have a team of at least six lawyers working on this. That is because what you are asking for will have a lingering impact on the industry as a whole. The work will continue for another two weeks as the factum comes together. Additionally, I have asked Zakary Whittamore of Armalytics to provide an affidavit showing the AR-10 platform was restricted before May 1, 2020, to show the Attorney General of Canada argument has no legal foundation.

Just an observation but I can't readily find your donation link again? It's not at the front of this thread of on your website homepage?

As Jay was so kind to post our GoFundMe BUT they take 5% of the gross. In order to make every penny count we set up an email for EMTs that go directly to our legal teams trust account.

A FUNDRAISING CALL TO ACTION, and legal action update!

To everyone who has donated, we can't put to words how much it is appreciated. But the help we need comes from the everyday shooter, not just the super wealthy.
We're still asking for help, because 100 or 200 people can't pull the weight of this motion alone.

The next time you hear a friend complaining about the gun ban, ask them what they've done to help ? If they can't answer, or don't know how to help, point them towards this case!

Anything you can put towards this helps the entire industry, every gun owner, and will finally put the corruption of the RCMP SFSS and CFO in its place!

The meeting at the end of last month set a deadline to respond to motions filed against each side, the deadline to file the response was today and that means the legal bill for that just got sent to us as well. The attorney generals office has moved to strike the entire case. We have filed to have each client represented by their own counsel. I look forward to reviewing their response.
This battle is far from over and is just getting to the most critical point, we need this case to see it's day in court!

I don't really blame GoFundMe, they'd lose money otherwise because the card processors aren't cutting them any breaks.

It's Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card... they're the evil soul sucking corporations that thrive on driving people into endless circles of debt, and they've succeeded in converting the whole of society over to a cashless charge card obsessed, instant gratification, tax farm. ...Now will that be cash or card? ;-)
