An update on ATRS vs the federal government action.

Donated. Keep it up!

A FUNDRAISING CALL TO ACTION, and legal action update!

To everyone who has donated, we can't put to words how much it is appreciated. But the help we need comes from the everyday shooter, not just the super wealthy.
We're still asking for help, because 100 or 200 people can't pull the weight of this motion alone.

The next time you hear a friend complaining about the gun ban, ask them what they've done to help ? If they can't answer, or don't know how to help, point them towards this case!

A FEW PEOPLE HAVE GIVEN A LOT, BUT WE NEED A LOT OF PEOPLE TO GIVE A LITTLE.
$5, $10, $50.

Anything you can put towards this helps the entire industry, every gun owner, and will finally put the corruption of the RCMP SFSS and CFO in its place!

The meeting at the end of last month set a deadline to respond to motions filed against each side, the deadline to file the response was today and that means the legal bill for that just got sent to us as well. The attorney generals office has moved to strike the entire case. We have filed to have each client represented by their own counsel. I look forward to reviewing their response.
This battle is far from over and is just getting to the most critical point, we need this case to see it's day in court!

Donations can still be sent to our new email address legal@albertatacticalrifle.com that is for the purposes of accepting donations without gofund me taking a percentage for credit card processing. If you would like to send an EMT, just make the password "lpcisevil"

Our Go Fund Me link is still active here if you prefer to use a CC and get points: https://ca.gofundme.com/f/ejrdm-class-action-to-reverse-illegal-rcmp-frt-changes

Great point on a lot of people sending a little bit snowballing faster than few people sending lots!

Also guys remember, if you can’t donate always check if ATRS stocks items you need, and support them any way you can!!

GoFundMe has an element of transparancy that EMT does not.
I understand in Alberta that ATRS has a great reputation. But here in Ontario I don't know them very well. So sending money to a private company with no disclosure is a bit unsettling. A bit more feedback about the amount received and the total goal (via EMT) might help.

Even Bill Blair's wife chose to send you a donation via GoFundMe.

I’m in BC and have done business with them several times. Very straight up honourable people. Never met in person but trust them completely. Your donation is safe and well placed with them. I try to donate to their legal action as often as finances permit.

Unfortunately there are far too many scams running around, so I totally understand your thinking.
For what it is worth however, I can assure you every penny that comes through our legal email system goes directly into the trust account.
I find it funny that so many guys that have donated have assumed alter egos.
My intent should we win this is to repay everyone who has supported our cause.

Thanks, that is generous of you, but I am giving a donation....not a loan!!
If you win, use the monies for R&D and production increases!!:)

Further to your question on transparency.

Didn't want to sound that way. But so far I have donated here and there and I think I have a right to expect a bit of feedback. Not that I distrust these organizations, but getting an idea how all the bills are coming along will be nice.

I guess, at this point the most happy campers of this OIC are lawyers who are pocketing these money."

Transparency is important, I agree.

This months bill from Ed and his team was just over $28,000.00. To date we are nearing the $200.000.00 mark. As of today donations through GoFundMe have come to $68,000.00 with GoFundMe taking $3200.00 off the top as their handling fee. Another $49,000.00 has been donated directly through our EMT direct email to trust account.
SFRC raffled off a rifle package that was a combined donation fro Gravel Agency and Vortex Canada, this brought in $11000.00.
The balance has come directly out of my pocket.
