I agree, it's not how violent the computer game is. It's how much time is spent playing them. A lot of people have addictions to video games either because they are withdrawn from social interaction or withdraw as a result of spending so much time playing them. They eventually become awkward and weird. Also coupled with a terrible diet they usually have a chemical imbalance, anxiety and depression issues. They stop maturing socially, they lose connection with reality, have no understanding of the consequences of their actions, lose their empathy and generally begin to believe they are owed something by society. They have a selfish child like attitude just like every welfare bum that has spent too much time alone sitting on their ass feeling sorry for themselves.
I have to disagree with this as well though. I don't see any connection between any of that simply due to extended amount of time gaming. Regardless on the amount of playing, or the age group.
I spend 20-40 hours a week gaming, I know many people who do the same from young to old... Some of who are even hunters themselves. And none who display any of the traits you're saying the gaming is supposed to result in.
Any basis for your claims?
