Hey, I have one just like that. The gun, not the sock, that is.;)

Well no ones been posting on here for awhile Soooo I just bought a SWEET
Webley WG model 1885 in 455/476 caliber but it cost me more than $800 :p
Finish is Orignal bore is shiny ex condition.

I wanted one of these along time. I like this older model cause it dont have all them cylinder realease levers on the sides that catch in the holster.
These are nice smooth looking Beasts :D

Holy CaRp!
That's what that is!
My mother in law has one that was made into a lamp. :(
It was driving me crazy to figure out what it originally was.

Someday I hope this 1864 Snyder Enfield will be mine:

As I have said before...it is a heavy beast :D

I wish that there was loaded new rimfire ammo for it out there...I would love to see how well it performs.

Wilkinson model 1892

I finaly got my Perscribed Antique made around 1896 Webley Wilkinson Model 1892 Finished
Caliber 455/476
This gun has the biggest grip of all my British revolers and is a Joy to shoot!
Gun functions like new!
this one has 3 ser#s one is Webley one is wilkinson (On the wood grip) and third is the Unit # of whoever had this gun in Combat!
The records of my Ser# Unit wilkinson were lost dureing the WWII in england or i woulda had the name of the Officer that bought it.

Presentation model

Heres my new presentation Model Pryse type revolver i just got from Switzerland. Its Identical to my Rigby Marked Pryse type.
London proofs and 476 caliber. :D

The Presentation Models have a little lever forward of the trigger gaurd that lets you open the action and Disengage the Extractor so ya dont eject all the Bullets all over the Ground. Nice idea really if ya need to inspect the cases half way thru fireing a cylinder full of Ammo.

This gun and my Rigby marked one can Shoot 45 long colts cause the cylinders so nice and long But the rims gota be thinned abit on the forward side.

Pocketfisherman, I feel the same way but I could'nt afford that even if I emptied my safe nor do I think dingus will ever tire of it. That is a Pinnacle piece no where to go from there the collection is complete!

I got one that I like to think is almost as nice, but really nothing even compares to that.

Well theres still a couple i want but can take years to do it.

This gun is very much like the web No 4 just the webley no 4 pryse has abit shorter cylinder.
Heres my Webley no 4 Pryse

And heres my new presentation model
The presentation model has that little lever to let the extractor stay down when you open the action

I gota admit these guns are primo and Your right David not gona be for sale as now i have a matched pair :D

Yes that's right...we can't afford it and we also happen to be jealous...so the best option is to post even more pics and thusly even in pairs.

You're just mean Dingus...mean

:D
