Any dealers with sks for black Friday pricing?

$625 seems to be the best you're going to get.

I saw a few in the Ottawa area shops for around $650-$699 for Chinese/Russian SKS's. Still a decent deal for what you get, as long as you already have a supply of surplus ammo to shoot. That stuff is getting harder to find.

When you say surplus ammunition I take it you mean corrosive
 
Tenda has Nor-Red for $270 = 10.80/box = 0.54/round. Buy a bit of something else to get the Free Shipping. No vendors are showing Surplus on hand. You May Find some at LGS if you're lucky, bu the prices will not be like in the Summer.
As I said, watch GP for local deals.
 
The Chinese surplus seems to be dried up for now. I am sure that there is still plenty available overseas but the importer has to bring in a fairly large amount every time they place an order. I think they will wait what happens to the SKS next month before they bring in another batch. Otherwise just keep scouting in your area monitoring GP and the EE. I always had luck with that, takes a bit of patience though. The red box Norinco will eventually dry up too before another batch will come in. Seems to be plenty available right now.

Buck how much do you have to spend to get free shipping ,and is that amount before tax or after !

Do you recommend the Break Free to remove the possible corrosive contamination ?
Lots of fellas seem to go the boiling water route .
I had this idea if I was using boiling water in the barrel I would use a piece of tubing and pour it in there
 
"Lubes/solvents" don't necessarily 'remove' the corrosives. The boiling water is the 'easy way'. Just remove the handguard and the barreled-action from the stock, and run the HOT water (doesn't need to be 'boiling') from the tap/faucet. I do mine in my 'laundry sink' which is next to the Hot water tank - not 'quite' boiling but it IS steaming hot and dries by itself (evaporates immediately). Then I clean with solvents as needed - corr is usually pretty 'carbon-dirty'.
