I'd be in for a whack of flat based bullets for sure! probably a better chance of success getting that in in the near future than ammo. Don't get me wrong, ammo would be great but for reloaders bullets is where it's at!

Worth keeping an eye on. As far as I can tell the US is starting to realize Canada's a viable market if they're willing to learn our laws. Probably won't make a killing, but 303 Canada's 3006, so entering a relatively competition free market can be pretty lucrative.
That said, I suspect they haven't worked out import costs, transportation, tax, inspection, etc etc. We'll see I guess.

up for it as long as the brass is better than winchester brass.
Haven't read the whole thread, just the first and last pages. To answer the OP's question- no, not interested unless they can deliver it for cheaper than I can reload.
I'm aware of the shortage of projectiles, I even bought the only 2 boxes of .32 cal Hornady .312 pistol bullets in the Kamloops WSS. I'm also looking into lead projectiles, as jacketed is so hard to find.

The hard part of making the ammo happens after it's produced. If you haven't concidered the legal aspect prior to gauging interest I can't see this coming to fruition.
Does he have the appropriate export permits on the American side? Has he submitted any thing to NRCan? I'd love to see this happen but to be perfectly honest this is too full of naïveté. This is like when Urban Tactical leaked the Trigger Wholesale non restricted AK project 5 years too early. Sorry for being cynical.
