I owned a model 941 in Finland in the mid 90s. Great pistol, well made, accurate and ran like a champ. Don't know what the quality is like now, but if it is anything like it was, then I would recommend it.

I have the hard chrome model chambered in 9mm. No complaints so far. Works like a champ and eats everything I feed it. Put over a thousand rounds so far and not a single FTF or FTE. If anything it spits 'em out too far and might piss off the guy to your right. I actually don't mind the slide mounted safety...gives me something to grip when racking the slide. Biggest issue for me is the weight although I knew it was a heavy pistol. Tough to keep steady and hit the 10 ring after about 100 rounds or so. I'd say go for it. Fun gun.

i like heavy guns, the desert eagle i tried wasnt a problem so jericho wont be!!!

slide mounted safety is about the same on my beretta 92fs? it doesnt bother me but sometimes im decocking the gun when im racking the slide, gotta use the slide release button!

i have a 40 sw steel frame blued i love its accurate and very reliable it eats anything you put in it also feels great in the hands 2

Don't hesitate to buy a Jericho. My .40 is a dream to shoot, and was accurate right out of the box. It ranks right up there, IMO, with my CZ Shadow.
