Any Troubles with High Caliber Services?

I heard good things about High caliber Services - reliability and fast delivery for orders - so I ordered a couple Glock connector bars and a couple grizzly mags. The order came to my post office within a few days, but to my surprise, when I opened the box I found that the delicate connector bars had been packaged loose with the magazines (rolling around in the box with only a skiff of crumpled newspaper)and that one of the mags was clearly "used" stock. (photo). It actually bothers me more that the connectors were packed loose than having received a used mag when I paid for new. Anybody know, is this sort of thing typical, or only because my order was so small (less than $150)? Should I be nervous about placing an order for a firearm or something significant?

I've bought a few bits and bobs from HiCal for different things, never had a problem.

Contact them and ask. They have a pretty good rep - but something slips by even the best, every now and then.

Thanks for the comments folks, and to hical for the note. It sounds like just an anomaly and that there should be no worries for any future purchases.

Regarding my order, when I got the Glock connectors out of the plastic bag, I found that they aren't as delicate as I had first thought and that Canada Post would have had to have been really aggressive with the handling of the package to have had the Grizzly mags damage them. Also, the Grizzly mag with the wear marks cycled Ok with snap caps and I'm fairly confident that it was not a "returned as defective" mag that had been recycled to me by accident or for any other reason.

I don't think its worth the time, effort, and shipping costs to do anything in follow up for the order and I'll send a note to hical.
Thanks.
