Any two gun in AB ?

Well I don't know if there is attrition but there is as much wait for the CDTSA as for seeing a specialist doctor (least a year) and the BTSA requires sponsorship so for now I am boned. T_T

for sponsorship at BTSA, you get noticed by coming out to Wednesday night Steel Challenge or Action Shooting League Thursday nights.
I sponsored 3 people this year. 1 who came out and volunteered on our range constructions and two others who come out to the weeknight events or did both.

Non-members are allowed at CDTSA events. If you're not on the wait list, get on it. Work is being done to get a lot of those people into the club as soon as possible.

We're running our orientations like last year. 10 at a time, outdoors with 2m+ distancing.
Covid had little impact, other than we don't use the clubhouse, we used to do bigger groups, and how I handle the exams.
Now, I email the attendees their exams after the session, marking them when they're emailed back. They don't get permission or the codes, till the exams are marked.

This all sounds like a good system to ensure membership slots are filled by productive and like-minded individuals. It has the side-effect of precluding those that are different, which is both good and bad.
