Anybody got a 1-A in 303 yet?

Got mine today.

Maybe the farthest west, but it was waiting when I got home from work. Here's a few quicky pics in the failing light. Really happy with it and so thankful to Clay and the other members who made it happen.Update: added a Weaver 2.5 post&crosshair scope.
Cheers

just my luck it will show up with the package looking like a D8 cat drove over it

"Good things come to those who wait" :)

P.S. A big "Thank you!" to Clay for making it happen. Mine arrived last Friday in perfect shape. The butt stock has nice burl in it while the fore stock is straight-grained. Sunday gave an opportunity to do a "quick and dirty" zero at the farm with some old factory WW 180 grain ammo. Pleasantly surprized at how little recoil this combination produced. :D

If anyone has suggestions on a good source for QD 30mm medium height rings for this rifle, I'd be interested.

just got off work. Pouring rain and no break in sight. Screw it I'm going to the range anyways. One WET range report to follow..............:)

I got five boxes of Winchester 180gr Silvertips so I thought it'd be a good place to start.

Recoil is mild, kinda like a 260 Rem but with a bit more muzzle jump. I'd guess these loads to chrony around 2400 fps.

Next range trip out if it's not a downpour, I will be shooting these :

Nice rifle! And not too shabby shooting either. Are you going to take it hunting this year?

probably will come along this weekend for a 4 day elk trip. :) but it's got competition with a couple other new rifles that need to see blood!

Deep throat on my Ruger! 150tsx to lands 3.227", Sierra 150 & 180SP 3.17", measured via Hornady OAL gauge.

That'll give the TSX a .1" jump to lands, the 150SP .17" and the 180SP .07", when seated to have what I feel is sufficient neck tension

FYI
