Anyone can track this one...

That would have been my wife's deer if it was able to stand; she took out the front shoulder. I've NEVER seen that much blood in the chest cavity.

My 2 deer I head shot. :D

I watchin those clips, not to be a dork, just hate seeing animals hurt

Someone should totally email it to PETA though :D

Looks like what the late Elmer Keith used to describe as "ropes of blood" coming out of the chests of mule deer shot at long range with his .44 Special...

There's all kinds of "wounded", there's only one kind of "dead". ;)
Use enough gun.

Been all over. Shot most everything. Painted way bigger areas. Never found the need to have it on film

I shot one with a 300 wiiny a couple of years ago that did that. It was broadside about 150 yards ahead of me and when I hit him it looked like I missed. As I was reloading he turned around and it was just like that a gusher about 2 seconds later he dropped over dead.

The calibre(or even weapon) is irrelevant. With a shot going through the heart and a good exit channel, an animal will bleed out in seconds.
Interesting to see such a good example on film!
