Anyone else getting fraudulent credit card charges after using X-Reload?

Is anyone else getting fraudulent credit card charges after using a certain popular reloading retailer?

I’ve had two credit cards compromised after using this place recently. Both started being used fraudulently mid June. I wouldn’t be thinking it was this retailer but one of the card rarely gets used and both were used at this place in the last month.

Maybe just a coincidence… or maybe not?

*EDIT* I just want to say I really like X-Reload in terms of their shipping speed, website, and I have never had any issues with any of the things I’ve bought from them.

*EDIT2* thanks to everyone who shared their experiences. Looks like X-Reload is aware of the recent security issues, has made some changes, and hopefully things will be back on track. (See page 5 and 6)

Are you speaking of Higginsons? I had my card compromised a few months after a purchase. I am inclined to believe it was because of another retailer but maybe I have been blaming the wrong people... I doubt it was them because I have made so many orders in the past and since without issue.
 
The place I’m talking about is X-Reload… I like them too! I shop with them every month. But with my daily AND my 2nd rarely ever used card getting compromised at the same time after purchasing with them. Makes it seem like that it was the source… but of course I could be wrong and this is a huge coincidence.
 
My card was compromised the day after I placed an order with x reload, same thing happened about 8 months before, something not good going on at this place. I will add the fraudulent charges were from their area.
 
I have used x-reload long time ago and had no issues.

They have great selection, the reason I don't use them often is cause the shipping charges makes most of their stuff more expensive. I can easily get most of what I use locally cheaper.
 
Sounds like malware inserted into their secure payment system or perhaps there accounting system. I'd let them know so they can investigate and solve the problem if indeed it was their software that leaked the information.
 
i check my cc weekly to see if there are any pending charges - card is only used for 1 recurring charge for the furnace and ac maintenance agreement so it's pretty easy if someone is trying to use it

My fraudulent charges were also from their area.
 
Good to know, I've considered buying from them in the past but never have. The trouble is, they could correct the problem today and we'd never know it for the future.
 
I am think that all you guys that this happened to, sent a email to them Monday for noon, they would know that something has to be done.
One email from one person may not be something to get the looking at this.
 
I had the same problem, earlier this year. I always suspected it was after I shopped online with them. I hope they read this and do some investigation into their security as they are a great store to shop at.

100% agree. Other than having a few credit cards cancelled, at no cost to me, I really like their website. They ship super fast, and I’ve never had a problem with the products they sell. I really really really want to keep buying from them and want them to be aware/fix the issue.
