Anyone else pack duck tape for their adventures?

Never leaves home with out it theres always a couple rools in the pickup

Couldn't find the "real" duct tape that actually sticks last year and used that clear red Tuct tape used for vaper barrier in houseing developement. It seems to work much better for taming the hot spots on your feet in the scree.
Mind you I tried liner socks this year and only had to tape my toes toward the end of the trip when the toe nail started wearing through his little buddy next to him. Now that smarts!

Any time I'm gonna be out for more than a day I try to remember to pack some along.

I have used it to patch a leaking canoe. Lasted long enough to get out.

I keep duct tape in my work brief case, of which makes up most of my "adventures".

I use it to fix about half of everything broken on a bus (no, I am not kidding...)

I used to be a duct tape guy and used it for everything. Now i am on to Gorilla tape, its stronger and stickier.
