Anyone have a K100 they want to sell?

equipment exchange forums, BUT if you're in Texas, forget about buying anything here, the cross border paperwork effort would probably be prohibitive...

Thanks for letting me know, omen .
I guess I'll have to wait until they start being imported to the US.
Nobody here has one, or even heard of them until I started promoying them on numerous pistol forums in the US.

Thanks,
I was afraid that might be a problem.
And appreciate you letting me know.

Could you explain breifly what I'd be faced with if I tried do it, please?

Thanks,
I'll try that. Last I'd heard he was have slow approval of his "Permit" paperwork processing by his government to import into the US.

I know who the distributer will be from his previous post....rguns.net
I already have my name on their list of first people in US to be notified when they start getting them. But that still may be about the end of the year.

thank you

There are several Canadian dealers that have extensive experience in facilitating exports to the U.S. Some of them are contributing dealers on this site. They'll charge you $150 to $200 IIRC to do the paperwork for you. They can only legally ship to an FFL dealer in the U.S., and the FFL dealer'll want a fee for doing the U.S. paperwork, too.

By the time you're done, it'll be the end of the year, anyway. Unless you expect the U.S. distributor to get delayed for months, or you expect the price to be hundreds of dollars more in the U.S. (for some strange reason), you'll probably be further ahead and happier just being one of the first to get one in the States.

Wow!....yes, I guess I'll wait.

Now I know what Omen meant by it would "be prohibitive".

It probably will take until the end of the year before I'll have all the credit cards I used to buy the other 10 pistols of various sizes, manufacturers, and countries paid off anyway.

thanks, straightshooter
