Anyone here seen a Baikal IZH-94 Double Rifle in 9.3x74R ?

Coolest round and nice rifle. This outfit lists the IZH-94. Not in 9.3x74R but they likely could advise on availability -

I shoot 9.3x74R and really like it. My Ruger No.1-S features a 22" 1:10 medium weight barrel. :d

Saw a few at gun shows and once in awhile they show up on we. Usually run about $1000 at the shows. I have a few sxs and combos, good guns but nothing fancy to them

I was once told by baikal Canada that no 9.3 guns were imported. Only 30/06 ou and 30/06 and 45/70 sxs. I tried to order one and they couldn't get me one. The 9.3x74r was also chambered in the mp221 sxs

The '74 sxs would be the real one to get. I tried to order one, and was told that they never even made that caliber.

Mine is the same, and shoots very well indeed.

there is a ban of importing Russian guns.

you wont get any from the official importer.

i ve seen them in France and for the price no way to get a better rifle.

i wish to get one too.

I liked my No.1-S 9.3X74R quite alot, unfortunately with .35 Whelen, .350 Rem Mag and .375 H&H, it was redundant and didn't survive the downsizing cuts.

The price of brass on the 9.3x74r kind of soured my intentions with it. I guess sometimes you have to pay to play though.

Side by side baikal in the round would be awesome. There was a 9.3x74/20 gauge O/U on the e.e, don't know if it's still there but it definitely piqued my interest.

A guy could live with that,..... especially since I already have ammo for both.

Seller, if it is still available, send me a PM!

Looks like it is no longer listed. I should clarify it was an antonio zoli, not a baikal. Nice engraving on it too.

Trade-Ex sells once fired Norma 9.3X74R brass for $50/50... that is what I use and also use Norma once fired for 6.5X55, 8X57 and it is good brass.

dg

that is a good price as I think they were listed around $3000 before. It would make a good compact rifle with a little extra torq. I have a sabatti in o/u and is nice to handle

The side by side in 45-70 is crude and horribly stiff to open.Handled a couple briefly .......no thanks great gun to get yourself killed with for DG.
