Anyone planning a move if election is unfavorable?

We’ve been looking at places in Tuscany, far cheaper than BC, far better food and the people have strong traditional family values. Can buy a stunning place for $400k, grocery stores have 10 times the selection, twice the quality at half the price. We go there twice a year as it is but maybe we don’t need to maintain a Canadian residence, who knows. The people we meet there are a lot more sensible than th e average Canadian with values more in line with ours.

Let the young ones fret over everything. It's their world to work with now. Short of a world war nothing anyone does in Canadian politics will effect me in any significant way.

I am one of the young ones trying to navigate it. hopefully better days ahead
 
What I can tell you for certain is that the last four years I've have cut down/reduced my spending significantly. I utilized the needs vs wants prinicple and made some tough choices. Now all the Debbie downers will point that it's people like me that hurt the economy - I counter that assertion by saying I put myself first. Now should the Conservative win a majority there is about $800 dollars that I will be spending on my truck to get it going better. If they don't win then I will be at the local "pic and save" junk yard sourcing the parts I need at a fraction of the cost.
 
If you can't leave Canada for sure don't move to Quebec.
I moved from Quebec to Ontario and don't have to register my non-restricted guns.
In Quebec you have to register your non-restricted and if you get caught going to the range or hunting.
You will suffer the consequences if you get stopped by the Quebec Gestapo!
