Exactly 100%.I've said it many times before, move to Northern Canada somewhere, it's still Canada up here, small town values, most people own firearms, great hunting and fishing, 1950's type values. Sure, there's limited shopping opportunities, and some drug problems, but at least everyone knows who the meth heads are, and after they break into your vehicle, you can go to their residence and demand your items back under threat of a beating, and they usually comply, lol.
I live in the hinterlands of Ontario. If I want to go shooting I dont have to look for a range, I just find a local gravel pit on crown land and shoot away. I could even probably get away with shooting my restricted if I wanted but it's only a 5k drive from my house to a legal range and I am usually the only one there. I have all the shopping I need and otherwise everything is only a click and a few days away. I can't remember the last time I thought I needed to go to a bigger centre to buy anything. I am within 30 minutes from hooking up the trailer to dropping a line in a lake out of my boat and that includes travel. If you are in the right place in Canada there is no more free place on earth to do whatever you want.
Why would I leave?
