My "original" pellet gun (the one I used to shoot as a kid and learned on, dad taught me when I was 6) is a czechoslovikian "Liberty" (that's what's written on top of the receiver anyways. It's severely beat up, muzzle could use some re-crowning, rear sight is a little bent, spring is pretty much shot, probably need a new gas seal too, but I wouldn't give it up for the world. My ex mother in law redid the stock which was in a pretty sad state, the closet the rifle had been sitting in had been flooded thanks to the water heater conking out, she is just the most talented wood worker i've ever known, the thing looks new now, except for one large dent that I asked her to keep intact, as I remember how it happened. Also have a Chinese "arrow" (again, it's all there is on the receiver) that would also need some work, but I don't know of anyone that I would trust with such heirlooms ....
