get a copy of the abcs of reloading/read it cover to cover a few times,go to the EE then get single stage press along with all the other items you read in the manual you will need..

And when you get familiar with reloading, you can cut cost even more by using things like surplus powder from Higginsons. Their WC-735 powder is ideal for 223 and costs $119 for 7 lbs.

Which if you really want you can start making them out of 22LR jackets and lead.

These days with supply being the way it is, any where I can find them.
Bullets are generally bulk Winchester or Remington, usually Whoresale Sports, Calgary, Edmonton, Lethbridge or Russell's in Calgary.
And don't let anyone tell you that you cannot shoot groups of .3" with bulk bullets.
Small rifle primers, good luck!!! Fortunately I stocked up 3 years ago but now I'm down to 7000 so it's time to start looking again.
Powder that I use in my 223's is IMR4198. It seems to be quite readily available almost anywhere. Going price is around $30-33/lb. Eight pound cans are less expensive.
