My friend and I decided to make a couple of AR10 lowers. We have made AR15 lowers in the past and thought to give this a go.
AR10 lower
[/IMG]
First side milled and all holes drilled. The waste has been cut away and it is ready to flip over and held in soft jaws to machine the other side.
[/IMG]
The internals have been milled and it's on the EDM machine having the mag well burned out (it had been roughed out to approx .020/side on the mill)

Now the pictures have been sent away and approved. It then got registered (approved in one day) and sent for anodizing.

Complete Upper with a 24 inch match barrel from wolverine $750.(traded in from the DND) Note the camo job stops about 4 inches from the end of the barrel. It also has an odd thread 11/16 24tpi. Suppressor?
[/IMG]
Fully assembled with a magpul stock and Badger ordinance free float tube and Zeiss optics. I also made a Smith copy of their navy muzzle brake.

I mounted the scope this morning, I had it in my parts drawer. Put about 70rounds thru it with no problems. Using plinking ammo I was getting about 1 1/2 inch groups. One compaint is that the trigger is absolutely horrible. A match trigger is next on the list.
