I'm looking for an optic on my AR15. My AR is an 14.5"LMT.

My budget is up to 800$.

I shoot my AR between 25 and 50 yards. The limit at my club is 100y. And I rarely go to an other club. I don't need magnification.

I want something solid and durable. I alredy have à vortex sparc and I want to leave it on my CZ 858.

Battery life is not an issue for me because it's not for combat, only for range.

Wich optic is the best for me ???

Eotech.

Fast, clear and reliable. Also the 1 MOA dot will let you shot precise benchrest shots at 100 yards if you want.

EoTech XPS3-2
Simple, Plain & Durable.

I'd opt for an XPS2-2, or a 2-0. If you don't need a NV option a 3-x is money wasted.
If you want a quick disconnect check out the EXPS2- series. The number after the dash in the PN is the reticle style. A 1 dot would be best suited for CQB.

Oh...Were doing this one again this week are we?
the answer will be 900% personal preference.
Next time youre at the range and you see someone with one of the optics on your list, ask them to see it, as long as you go with a reputable brand, odds are you're good.

To keep it on track my preference for your situation would be an aimpoint micro t1. Simple dot, very small profile and incredibly durable.

If you put an NcStar on such a nice gun though, that would just be silly.
Enjoy the hunt.

edited to add;

$645 on optics planet. I'd expect around $800

Aimpoint t1 or h1 on larue or adm mount.

Aimpoint owns the market for a reason. I've had eotechs before and like the reticles and large window, but will never own them again as the aimpoint is superior.

C-more CTAC sight.
but personally i like the open sights the best. if its under 25 yards like house to house you wont get time to aim, just point. the less junk in your way the better ;)

From personal experience, huh? OP said he is using it for paperpunchin', buds.

OP - any of the mentioned options are great. I am sure that if you go with any of those major brands listed you won't be disappointed. If you already have a SPARC, and like it, whats wrong with another?

Banhammer time............

Seriously guy?? You watching Terminator alot? To much Xbox? No one uses a C-More (Lose Zero) on a 'Work' Rifle

C-more is still in business so some one must use them? what did u pick son?

I just picked up a Lucid HD7 on eBay for $189. It came from the US in less than 2 weeks. I don't know a lot about combat optics, but it sure suits me so far and it came with a 2X multiplier.
