I would suggest the Aimpoint PRO.

More expensive than the SPARC but it is really durable and you can leave it on (running) for years before the battery goes.

It is a good price for a very good optic.

if you can wait bushnell has a new 1-4x24 throwdown scope that is just now hitting store shelves in the US. at the 1x setting you get a red horseshoe type reticle that is ideal for quick aim/both eyes open type shooting and at 4x the graduated reticle has 5 different aiming points for use on targets ranging from 100-500 yards meant for use with the 223/556 cartridge. suggested retail price is around 300.00. just google bushnell 1-4x throwdown. i can't get links to work to save my worthless life.

Haven't seen a SPARC locally but a few guys here run the TRS on their 15-22's and seem to be happy.

The PRO is more expensive here than the T1! I would love to get my hands on one but for the price, I'll go H1. Crazy but true.

Thanks for all the suggestions but with the SPARC, found a good deal on the classifieds.
