A run-away AR. That's awesome (and not at the same time). I would have to say there is something wrong with your sear. It could be defective, as in, not built to design specification (error in manufactoring?). Due to high percision machining required to create the small complex parts that make up the trigger/firing mechanism, just one part being off by a couple micrometers will make all the difference in the operation of your AR.
Afterall, one of the smallest parts, the firing pin retaining pin, is the only thing holding the weapon together as a firearm, lol.
Without it, your AR is just a fancy, expensive but less-effective club....
..is there a piece of paper/ crap wedged under the disconnector? I've seen silly buggars try to make them fire full auto that way.(its not safe auto mind you)
If I'm not mistaken, the sear is the component that controls when the hammer is released. There should be a sear in any automatic (which is also semi-automatic, contrary to common understanding) firing system. Handguns included. However, I'm not a weapons tech, so my knowledge of the AR type mechanism isn't spotless. I suppose I may be wrong when it comes to the specific terminology. I thought that a civi AR has a modified sear that negates fire selection. There is NO sear in semi automatic AR15.

Is it a stock, or an aftermarket trigger. MY JP trigger was doing this until it was fitted properly. Diconnector timing issue.
In the USA you would be charged with a crime and I'm sure the snoops here will love to hear about this.....
Pretty unwise discussion if you think about it. You no longer have a semi auto.

Unwise not really if i dont ask people how to fix my firearm and hide the fact that the i gun bought has a problem with it,how would it ever get fixed.
Yes i could read books on it(which i have been doing)or i could just replace everything in the gun and hope that after spending all that money the problem is fixed or i can ask my fellow CGN for there knowledge on past experience to help me rectify this problem in a timely manner.
