I have 4 AR's and looking at this tread I'm worried about the upcoming election. If the NDP or Libs or both form a government allot of us is out huge money.
its the comp blowing the gases directly at it that i would be worried about...
Question: hypothetically if we had to hand over our AR's how much of it would be required? The whole thing or a stripped lower receiver?

From what I've read there shouldn't be any issues (besides soot build up on the lens). Think pistol lights... They're right next to the barrel too.
Very nice rifle, but I'd just move the light back an inch or two.
I'd take the light and the laser off completely, I have no use for crap like that on a range only toy.
And fold down the front sight, co-witness is a waste of time and just clutters the sight image. If you have a quality dot sight on there you don't need the irons.
To each their own though, whatever floats your boat.
yup BMC is my new favorite flavor, That mag is just for show and tell.
Cant wait to try out that Geissele trigger this weekend... This rifle might take the Tavors spot as my favorite black rifle.
Now all I need is a good sling. Still havent decided what to go with.
Tier One Armoury in edmonton has a AAC 12.5" complete rifle for I think..~1600?I really want another AR. In 300 blk. 9-13" barrel. I've been looking at the pws mk109. But the price tag is hefty. I don't see many other options. But I don't know where to look. Help!
Beauty! I used to think vcas was the way to go but I'm hooked on the savvy sniper now, slowly changing everything over.
