To make a loooong story short, the Beta mags work their best using a single detached dummy round, on top of the provided linked dummies. So in fact the "real" mag works best as a 99 round mag. The single dummy round is stripped and doesn't then damage the linked attached dummies. (it's problem with the Beta mags, and hope the way I am explaining makes sense)
Sooooooo, in order for this to be limited to 5 rounds, and yet have the single dummy, all I really load in it is 4 live rounds.
What you can see in the pic, in the Beta, is the dummy rounds.
Ahhhh, but it fills a spot in the case
