Also the warden doesn't really help in the flash dept.
So far so good. Install was a breeze given the style of the barrel nut. Machining/finish are 10/10. It's very solid and well designed.
Had it out once at the range since I installed it and coming from the quad rail it's more comfortable in the hand.

Hey i saw that rifle yesterday! i was over on lane 17 with the grey daniel defense. Nice rifle. How did it shoot?

She's far more accurate than I am. 150 rounds (more than I was planning but it was too much fun!) and only one FTF. A little bit of oil and she was right back at it. Figure it's part of the break in process.
Have never been interested in black rifles but with the way things are going I wanted to add to the number of owners. Glad I did, now considering an SBR build...

Yeah that's why I like going to the poco range - there's always other cool people to meet. I didn't know any of those guys and still the one guy let me shoot a bunch of rounds of .30-06 and I know those aren't cheap!
The AR is my favorite rifle. They're easy to customize -add a few different parts and it has a whole new character.

I'm on my 2nd SBR, which is a 7.5" in 7.62x39! It been real, but unfortunately I must pass it on (like passing on a torch) ... it's on the exchange for sale. I just included a video of me shooting some rounds too. Huge fire, lots of fun, the cool factor is through the roof!

I was fondling a nice piece today at the range: a 1982 Colt SP1 topped with an Armson OEG.
not really my type but I went OMG WOW when he put that in my hands. It honestly look new unfired and the asking price didn't even make sense being this reasonable (I think) considering the condition and the fact I never seen one of these in person.
