My friends, I post this not to taunt but to share the His/Hers set that this community made possible. C8 has Gunkote greens selected, only waiting on the smith to call and say he's ready to start work.

I DARE the Turd to try to come for these... pretty sure a few pesky things like the US Border, President Trump and No Jurisdiction Here would have some things to say about that.

I kinda have a reflex to spike the football, taunt and flip off Militant Hoplophobes and Human Rights Deniers wherever they infest. Yeah, I know, easy to talk tough when I have the United States Army and a Nuclear Club air force between them and me, but... LOL

Im surprised youre allowed to have AR15s in washington.... washington is just a copy of California. I hope you dont get slapped with bullet buttons, mag caps, goofy stocks, etc etc etc. LOL

They keep tryin' but we keep barely stopping it. AND we still have our full-capacity magazines... the only reason I even have ONE ten-rounder is discreet carry in my briefcase-carry AR15 pistol, but even that has two 40's in side- and brace-mount carriers or reloads. (And the tenner gets swapped for a D-60 drum as soon as I clear the door coming home... With an invalid parent to take care of, I'm the Last Line Of Defense between her and an increasingly hostile world out there, y'know?)

That it is, but up til recently there've been enough gun-loving libs to blunt the Seattle/Commiefornia-transplant insanity. Personally, if I win the Powerball we're moving to Fredericksburg, TX for me to seek a position at the Nimitz Museum as soon after as I can get the households packed up...

This is my celebration rifle, the one I will take and shoot the #### of the day the Liberals lose power and the Conservatives throw out the OIC....

Not to taunt, but the last piece finally arrived to complete my M4--this rifle is in memory of a friend who didn't fully come home, and has some of his Bring-Back parts. The C8A3 is still awaiting an appointment with the pro gunsmith, greening its furniture is the last To-Do before it joins this on at Complete status to await test-firing.

Here's hoping you guys can in the Lawfare and the next election fighting to keep your own... y'all are in my thoughts and prayers up there, brothers.

Amazing aesthetics on that rifle, the zipties and retro maglite will make it perfect. I've been planning on putting together a Car15 clone of some kind, but am torn between Vietnam variants and the grenada invasion shorties.

Its not a great video, but found it in my pics on the laptop tonight. Was digging through the safe and pulled the old Colt out for a cleaning. One of my favorites, hope I get to take it out to shoot again. The video was my son shooting it before he left for BMQ. We had been wanting to get out to the range together for awhile, had a day off and said "rain be damned."

Loose attempt at a 610 clone, love it. Super light, and I can mostly hit the side of a 5 gallon pail with it!

Not the same day obviously, but the same carbine. I think this day was when I took my oldest daughter out to shoot, the one and only time she got to use it before the oic dropped on us.

Just wanted to add some simple retro fun to the thread.

No pic, but the C8's parts are at the gunsmith awaiting his Napa Green Gunkote supply to come in. He's thinking about two weeks 'til they're ready for me to bring it in and slap 'em on.
