What's the FH that you used? Locking ring on their too?

It's a Smith Enterprises Vortex G6A2-SBV with 22x1 mm RH O.D. thread. For use with there SEI Sound Moderator or OPS INC Sound Suppressor. Used by CANSOF on rifles such as the Colt-Canada C8 CQB.

The nut is actually a thread protector.

We have a whole slew of goodies in the works with Smith ENT including complete rifles.

Plus they have awesome stickers

They are just the A.R.M.S. 40L (low profile) sights

maybe your thinking of the surefire 4 prong flash hiders. i read the same thing in regards to cqbr/mk18 builds.
