That's a ###y piece of kit. I built the exact same minus elcan and light. In search of the can though. Currently trying to zero my MBUIS at 25 yards even though I need a darn viewing scope.

None of them did. The iur complete rifles had them tho, Ambi safety too (reversible!!)

Looks like an Elcan Specter, caution they are on the pricey side might be able to find one on the EE for around 2000.00 or BNIB will run you close to 2500.00. Never used that specific model, the mounting system is a little dated and if they are like the C79 are on the heavy side too; probably better options for less. They are a Canadian company though if that sways your decision.
