Also thanks for all the info on the whole ar 180b2 I did not know that so I'm really glad I made this post before running out and buying the wrong one , also thanks again Travis since I'm going to take your suggestion again and stay away a from the NEA 15 7.62
All this information has really been helpful and as a new gun owner it really helps knowing everyone's experiences before making a purchase ( expecially a $1000+ purchase) so again thanks everyone I REALLY appreciate all the help!

Just remember - the integral muzzle brake is the most important thing to look for to tell if it is non restricted or not. The AR180B-2 vs. AR180B issue only came about in rifles made after 2004, so early production rifles marked AR180B (without the -2) have the integral brake and are non restricted too.
